When you apply for a job, if you fulfill the initial requirements in terms of things like qualification and experience, you may then be asked attend a test session. There are various tests are used as an aid to selection in the recruitment process. To help ensure a good match between a job seeker and an employment position, sometimes more sophisticated methods are used in the recruitment process, such as psychometric assessment.

Psychometric testing helps employers to assess people, in a way which gives results that are objective, systematic,reliable and valid. The test is to determine whether you have specific abilities or appropriate personal qualities in relation to the job specification and whether you need further training to develop the necessary attributes.

Psychometric tests are nothing to be scared of, as long as you are prepared for them. With training and psychometric tests practice, you can improve your scores in graduate psychometric tests.
